FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a 2 man crew hourly rate. I charge that because if i show up with 1 man even for a "simple job" time is wasted. 2 men means 4 hands 20 fingers and 4 legs plus 2 heads. On one job. Sounds good to me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally reach out or sometimes i am sought out and I ask for your name and number first. I do that so no time is wasted and we can talk person to person. QUICKLY. Thats what I'm after...QUICK responses. After a couple questions i ask for a address for the quote/job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked alongside my dad for many years as he did handyman work.
