🚛 HOURLY RATES & TRAVEL TIERS (2-Hour Minimum for Moving)
To cover our team's travel and gas from Sacramento, we utilize a tiered rate for the first 2 hours of work.
👉 FIRST 2 HOURS (2-Hour Minimum):
• 📍 Core Area ($90 / hr): Sacramento, Roseville, & Elk Grove
• 📍 Greater Metro ($95 - $100 / hr): Davis, Woodland, Lincoln, El Dorado Hills, etc.
• 📍 Extended Travel ($100 - $115 / hr): Vacaville, Yuba City, Placerville, Auburn, Stockton, etc.
👉 AFTER THE FIRST 2 HOURS:
• ⏱️ Flat $90 / hour for ALL locations!
💪 WHAT’S INCLUDED (No Extra Cost):
• Two strong, experienced pros who know how to lift and mount safely. (Upto 4 movers)
• Moving gear: Hand trucks, utility dollies, 4-wheel dollies, shoulder straps, furniture pads & Shrink wrap
• Mounting gear: Power drills, impact drivers, stud finders, levels, & masonry bits.
🚫 MOVING LIMITATIONS (Labor Only):
• No Truck: We do not provide Trucks.
• Weight Limit: We do not move items exceeding 600 lbs (e.g., heavy duty large pianos, awkward shaped furniture that requires industrial moving equipment).
🪜 STAIR POLICY:
Moves involving stairs are subject to a standard complexity fee based on the number of flights. Please let us know your exact layout when booking so we can build it directly into your upfront, honest quote!
