- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the home, the type of cleaning service, and the scope of work requested. We offer discounted rates for recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly and monthly clients receive 10%–20% off). We’re upfront and transparent with our pricing—there are no hidden fees, and all estimates are provided before service. Special projects such as move-outs, deep cleans, or specialty add-ons may have custom pricing based on the unique needs of the home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a simple consultation to understand your specific needs, whether it's a one-time deep clean or ongoing maintenance. Once we learn about your home, we customize a cleaning plan that works with your schedule and budget. Our professional team arrives on time, fully equipped, and follows a detailed checklist to ensure consistent, high-quality results every visit. We also offer quality assurance follow-ups to ensure you're fully satisfied.

Our team is thoroughly trained in residential, commercial, Airbnb, and specialty cleaning services. We provide ongoing training in safe chemical handling, sanitization, deep cleaning techniques, and customer service to ensure the highest standards are met every time. Our staff is also trained in attention to detail, respecting personal spaces, and maintaining privacy and security inside clients' homes.
