I have a chronic illness so it has been difficult for me to keep up with the cleaning of my home. Cleanerly sent Maria to handle the initial deep cleaning. My house has never been this clean! She did a fantastic job! Additionally, I have not had any difficulty in reaching the company, paying invoices, or scheduling. They also send out reminder texts before they come.

Jackie was great to work with! She was extremely responsive to all inquiries. She was able to fit us in for a last minute time crunch situation. Her cleaners did a fantastic job, both ourselves and the landlord were very pleased with the job they did.

Jacky did a great job cleaning my house especially my shower which had lots of scale build up on the glass. I couldn't do it but she made it look like new! She is very nice and responded quickly on my request for service. Wish I had the before shot of the shower glass!

UPs: Jackie Lopez called me, did the vendor walk through and gave me a good price. UPs: Everyone else wanted J-PEG photos of the two bathrooms and a 7-10 day lead time & Jackie said had her stuff in the car and could start immediately. UPs: Since I had the Plumber's Walk Throughs scheduled that Evening, I needed her to start immediately. She did a great job! DOWNS: Cleanerly's Payment System S-U-C-K-S!!! In the 21st Century, everyone uses an ATM phone scanner to extract payment. Jackie had to M-A-N-U-A-L-L-Y enter the data and it took four attempts to pay. Cleanerly's MGT needs to fix this.
