Once in awhile you just know it's time to get your house cleaned. I felt like taking a break this time around trying out some of the professional cleaning services... Maids Of Honor was it! I originally booked online, but had to call them up because I mistakenly chose the wrong amount of bedrooms. First attempt I got someone on the phone (what a miracle in this day and age, right? RIGHT BANK OF AMERICA? I digress...) and they were very helpful and handled the partial refund immediately. The cleaners arrived early and I actually wasn't ready yet, but how can you not appreciate it anyway! :) They did a fantastic job. Everything was dusted and wiped top-to-bottom, the kitchen looked brand new... it was just done very well. I'm so glad I found this service, I really hope others give them a try and take a break for yourselves! It's nice once in awhile.

I paid for my home to be cleaned over last Labor Day weekend. I paid $152.10 on line. They never showed up for the appointment and they refuse to give me my money back. Beware of this company! KBlake in Natomas Park

Scheduled cleaning weeks in advance for move-in/move-out on a Saturday at 1pm. I had a renter moving in on Sunday morning. The company SENT ME AN EMAIL AND CANCELLED 45 MINUTES BEFORE THEY WERE SCHEDULED TO SHOW UP. I called the company, no answer. I emailed the company, no response. The company is completely unreliable and completely irresponsible. It is hard to believe that they can stay in business with such a low level of service. Needless to say it was a very stressful weekend scrambling to find another company last minute and when Maids of Honor finally got back to me 4 DAYS LATER they EMAILED and said sorry. This company is a complete joke.
