Miguel responded right away, gave me a very good estimate, and came the next day. His work is excellent, he's very detail oriented, and left my carpets squeakly clean. I'm very happy with their service. Thank you!

Miguel Franco did excellent carpetcleaning work for us. He went over and above what we asked him for. He listened to our concerns and addressed each one. The price was fair and we appreciate that. The carpets look wonderful! We couldn’t be happier with his work. I will be recommending him to friends, family and neighbors. It’s always a plus when you find someone who does good work and you can also trust. Oh, my carpets are very light colored, they were a mess. They look brand new!

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Franco Janitorial for a floor cleaning service, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! From the initial contact to the completion of the job, the team was professional, courteous, and highly efficient.
The booking process was straightforward and accommodating to my schedule, which was a great start. On the day of the service, the technicians arrived on time, well-prepared, and with a positive attitude. They were respectful of our space, ensuring everything was in order before starting and during the cleaning process.
What impressed me the most was the attention to detail. They didn’t just do a general cleaning; they targeted specific problem areas I mentioned and gave great advice on how to maintain the floors moving forward. The end result was beyond my expectations—my floors haven’t looked this good in years, shining and spotless!
I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their floors professionally cleaned. Their exceptional service and outstanding results are worth every penny. I will definitely be using them again in the future!
