Mary was so great to work with in coordinating and shipping my beautiful dishes. She was responsive to my text and calls and keep me in the loop regarding options for shipping, packaging, etc.
Should I ever need items packed and shipped across country again I would not hesitate to contact Mary to complete the project.

Mary did a complete move out clean, including bathrooms, kitchen appliances and floors. She was very responsive and flexible with scheduling, arrived on time and did the thorough job I needed to make the house ready for new tenants. Not only did she do an excellent job, but the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use Mary's Home Services again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price all work in a fair manner. I don't believe in over pricing. All housecleaning is by the job. If there are extra to be done ..deep cleaning... organization...laundry...packing will be hourly rate or additional charge. The extra will be discussed if can not be done it will be scheduled to do so.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I answer leads schedule job. Once scheduling is done I come out in timely fashion that is agreed and do the job. Some jobs depending on what is needed may have us both work together. I don't mind if the client is home or not. I am a down to earth person and look to work for or with such people.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taking classes on errands, staging, various cleaning types I have purchased and watched so many things on the subject. I have tried many products and developed steps of my own to use. Over 30 years if work...use if many types of vacuums...mops..clothes..product.
