- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m trying to be fair with my prices, can be negotiable, my prices are not based on all the houses type and kind of services it just an approximate,all depends how much has to be done rather to size of your house and how long will take to clean it, I don’t make beds and dishes but I can load and run dishwasher not empty it. I don’t provide wood or laminate floor cleaner like Bona and granite cleaner or polish I only accept cash or Paypal and zelle as payment methods, no credit cards or checks at this moment. My prices are based of what kind a service do you request like standard cleaning, deep cleaning, one time or recurring (weekly, biweekly, 3 weeks or monthly) your initial service always cost more as well one time after the initial service and you can choose the frecuency of cleaning, that will be less of your initial one, depending of frecuency. All kind of blinds,refrigerator, oven have an extra cost. If we agreed on the type of service you want and we set a price and for any reason you change your mind on frecuency the cost will change, won’t be the same.

I definitely like to see them at their house to discuss in person their work project, what exactly whants to be clean to be fair on prices l.
