- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are always pleased to receive new clients and that is why we will leave some points to follow before and after hiring Rays Clean: 1. We leave a descriptive map of the areas we touched in the first session, if you want to add something else to the list you can just notify us before your cleaning session. 2. Normally 2 or 3 people always go to each house but there are ladies who have so much experience and time in this job that only 1 goes. It all depends on the type and size of the home you have. 3. It’s highly recommended that the first cleaning session be at the end of the cleaning since you can check our work and make sure that you are satisfied with our work. Don’t worry if it’s a recurring service the ladies assigned to your home will know exactly how you like the cleaning service. 4. At the moment we don’t accept cash, but talk to the person who is assisting you, about how your payment will be made and we will be very happy to assist you. 5. We appreciate a review about our services when we finish our work, help us to find out in which areas we should learn more. Established in 2000, Ray's Clean, INC began life in Mexico City. In 2020 Ray's Clean, INC became independent from Mexico Company and moved day-to-day operations to Sacramento, CA under the management of Leslie Aguilar & Miriam Fernandez. Ray's Clean, INC are a leading company in cleaning consulting for corporate facilities.
