- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We really want to remind potential clients that the initial quote that we send is just an estimate, and is subject to change when we see the property, what condition it is in, what the scope of the work is, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple! When we arrive, we like to do an initial walkthrough so the client can show us around the home, we take a look at the condition the house is in, estimate how long we think the work will take, see if we want to recommend (or if the client wants to add) any additional services, we adjust the price accordingly, then we get to work! At the end, we will ask the client if they want to do a final walkthrough or not, then set up their next cleaning!
