Establish contact with client, understand the project. Disclose the parameters and guidelines, pricing/materials. Produce estimate, discuss, sign. Set start date and completion expectations. Keep available for question and ideas and communicate process. Invoice. Follow up call.

I've worked as a foreman/supervisor for both engineering construction and residential construction companies, each for many years with awesome results in productivity and quality.
