Alan was a professional, throughout the entire experience. Friendly, well informed, communicative, responded quickly. I felt that he listened carefully and if there was a concern, took it seriously. Early on he was very helpful about the type of plants we needed, and I am incredibly grateful for that. During the process when he gave me a date, it happened...on that date.
