- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on your personal needs and commitment, pricing starts at $125 per 1 hour-long session. However, if you are looking for a longer commitment, such as four or more sessions, the price drops to $100 for four sessions, and $75 for eight sessions. Mini sessions are also available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My approach to Life Coaching begins with a FREE 30-minute Discovery Call, where we will get to know each other and discuss overall goals. If it's agreed upon that the client and I are a good fit for coaching, we'll then go over the contract, discuss confidentiality, and schedule the first session (or sessions).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is actually in high school counseling. However, I returned to school to earn a second Masters in Exercise Science with a focus in Wellness and Fitness. I also have been certified as both a NASM Personal Trainer and IAPRC Life + Recovery Coach. All of my education supports my approach, which is to view individuals holistically and with a "solution focused" mentality.
