Hi Leigh, Thank you very much for the wordless 1 star review. So many issues you couldn’t even make up one? Oh well, I am so sorry that our company policy required a 4hrs minimum for booking. Our market manager even waived the 4hrs minimum down to only 2hrs because no one else pick up your requests and she feels in the need to support any customer we could. You said you only need 30min of work and only willing to pay 1hrs. But so sorry, we‘re unable to send our teams (2 men + truck) from our Office in South Sacramento to Davis just for 1hr of booking. SUMMARY: We waived the 4hrs and asked you for only 2hrs minimum and you’re still mad. It’s just way too hard to please you these days.
