I had a great experience with this moving company. They arrived on time, were professional, and took great care of all of my furniture. Everything was wrapped properly, loaded efficiently, and arrived without any damage. The crew worked hard the entire time and made the move much less stressful than I expected. Their pricing was fair, and there were no surprises. I would definitely use them again!!!

I browsed which company offered the best rate, and Promen offered me the most affordable and reasonable price. Today was moving day. In the morning they called me to let me know their ETA, they arrived on time. Our apt was small, but it's a 3-story townhome style. And the new location has the same floor plan, so imagine the grueling leg work they had to do! Regardless, they were professional and handled our stuff with care. Anthony, the team leader, kept me in the loop. He and his team were respectful, they asked me questions and permissions.
I have high respects for blue-collar men, as my husband is one too. We've moved many times due to military orders, but now he's retired and we're older, we can no longer do the heavy lifting. I am grateful for moving companies that do the hard-work for us!!!

Job well done! Moved me from my 4 story apartment in Arden to my new townhouse in Elk Grove these guys made it so simple and easy and treated our stuff with care. Would recommend 10 out of 10!
