I hired the company for packing only. I was extremely happy that this was an option. Anthony contacted me promptly, discussed service, costs and what to expect. Detailed on pricing with add ons such as boxes. Provided a contract to review so day of I could sign or ask questions if needed. When they were done prior to the 3hour contract rather than slacking off Anthony asked if he and the team could assist with other needs for the move. This was very appreciated. The packing is amazing, boxes stacked and labeled.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $115 an hour, with a 3 hour minimum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have our estimate process that is normally done over the phone with details of the move, then we move onto the booking process. This is a straightforward process. Once we receive the deposit we will set the time and date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have training on packing and fully wrapping furniture to ensure the safest and most efficient moving experience
