- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our transparent rates include everything you need for a safe, efficient move. We accept Cash, Zelle, and all major credit cards. No hidden fees - gas, stairs, loading/unloading, packing/unpacking, shrink wrap, tape, furniture disassembly/assembly, appliance disconnect, and TV dismount are all included. We also provide pads, TV boxes, wardrobe cartons, power tools, dollies, and straps for use during your move at no extra cost. If you decide to keep any of our reusable items (pads, boxes etc.), a replacement charge for their value will be added to the final bill. Double drive time applies as per California BHGS regulations. All moves are subject to a 3-hour minimum charge.

Our team is professionally trained through hands-on experience in residential and commercial moving. We follow industry best practices for packing, lifting, furniture disassembly/reassembly, and safe loading techniques. All crew members are trained on proper equipment use and damage-prevention methods to ensure a smooth, secure move.
