- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not work on an hourly schedule. I bid jobs based on Square feet, time traveled, special projects and products used.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contact with a new client, I try to get out to the location where cleaning is to be done with in 2 days. If this is a deep clean I usually tell clients the time spent is with in 4-6 hours(depending on job) for a 1st time regular cleaning between 2-4 hours. However the 1st cleaning will be bid a bit higher. This is to ensure Condition of the home, will be clean enough to start the regular cleans on a reoccurring schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly searching out new and exciting ways to clean. I have over 5 years of experience professionally. I also have around 100 happy clients. All accumulated from the referral. Good old word of mouth.
