Unfortunately, i cant comment on the quality of work of " Top Notch cleaning" because i hired Laura and she never showed up. I didnt even receive a phone call or a text, i just waited all morning and finally called "thumbtack" 6 hours later when i gave up waiting. My issue is this: you hire someone, you move around your schedule, and as a courtesy and respect for your business and reputation i would have went through every effort possible to reach the perspective new customer to notify them that something came up or, an emergency occurred. Laura could have called "Thumbtack"s" customer service and they would have looked up my account and reached me somehow. I just feel like she is not reliable and could have given more effort to notify the customer, especially the day before Mothers day! Very inconvenienced and unhappy, be ready for excuses if you hire her!

Unfortunately my purse was stolen out of my cart in the grocery store all my contacts were in my phone . I feel very disturbed how Lisa stated I didn't contact her I did 3 times on thumbtack.com and she never responded I apologized to her and explained what had happened I even had a police report and never heard anything from her until now! Once again I apologize Lisa I never ment for this bad fortune to come my way especially with the loss of $500 I had in it for my purse for mother's day gifts for all my mother gifts for all my clients and my own mother.Happy mother's day everyone who is a mother and let's all have a great year !!!
