FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate is $65 per hour, but I offer a special rate of $55/hour exclusively for Thumbtack clients as a thank-you for connecting with me here. For larger projects, I am happy to discuss what makes sense for your budget and goals. I believe great organizing should feel accessible, and I will always be upfront about timing and cost so we can find an approach that works for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is straightforward and designed to make you feel supported from the very first conversation. We start with a brief introductory call so I can learn about your space, your goals, and what has and hasn't worked for you in the past. From there, I schedule a free in-person consultation to walk through your space together, answer any questions, and give you a clear estimate. Once we decide to move forward, we schedule your session and get to work. I handle everything hands-on — decluttering, sorting, designing systems, and leaving you with a space that functions for the way you actually live. A follow-up check-in is always available if you need support maintaining your new systems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My foundation is hands-on: I spent a year training under a seasoned professional organizer, working across a wide range of client needs — from small single-space refreshes to large-scale whole-home transformations. That experience gave me a strong practical base for reading spaces, working efficiently, and adapting to whatever a project requires. Beyond technical training, I have spent years studying the psychology behind how people relate to their spaces and their possessions — why certain systems work for some people and completely fail others. That research informed the development of my Five Organizing Archetypes framework, a proprietary system I use to ensure every solution I design is built around the individual client, not a generic method.
