It took me forever to find a personal trainer in Sacramemto. I'm lucky I found Brandon. I've been working out with him since January 2020 and it has been the best decision I've made for my health and fitness. I've always exercised regularly, but couldn't really get the results I was looking for, especially now that I'm in my late thirties. In the short time I've been working with Brandon I've leaned out (I can see my muscles!) and gotten stronger. I'm able run faster and longer and crank out more watts on my bike. Due to COVID19 half our training time has been virtual, but it has still been effective and I'm continuing to make progress. Brandon's highly knowledgeable and educated in exercise science, physiology, and nutrition; he knows his stuff! He's good company and our work outs fly by. Finally, I'll say he super reliable and responsive. I'm glad I found the right trainer and I look forward to continuing to see results!

I have trained with Brandon for three years now following a major triathlon injury. Brandon was able to work with me to develop and modify exercises for me to rehab and build strength despite my injury. The workouts were always different, fun, and never felt routine. Brandon is an excellent listener and will make sure to fit his coaching style to what the client needs, never pushing you beyond what you are comfortable with. After three years I am now able to lift well beyond what I was able to prior to my injury. He has taught me more technical movements and continually altered training and nutrition plans to meet my needs. It’s been an incredibly rewarding experience working with Brandon, and after many years of being coached individually for triathlon, I can attest that Brandon is an incredibly high quality and professional trainer!

Brandon is a fantastic trainer! He really personalizes a workout plan for you depending on your lifestyle. He goes beyond and guides your nutrition for you and does a weekly check in. Offers multiples alternatives to training (in-person, online video training) and due to COVID Brandon has been taking extra sanitary measures to ensure the safety of all clients during in-person trainings. I highly recommended him if you’re looking to lose weight, gain muscle and developing a healthier lifestyle!

Brandon is the best trainer I’ve worked with. I’ve had old injuries and chronic pain for years. I started work with Brandon and he’s made me stronger and healthier. Over time, I noticed that most of my chronic pain has either diminished significantly, or in some cases (my Achilles’ tendon pain) disappeared all together. What a huge benefit.
