Introduction: I am very personable and very easy to get along with. I am one of the few trainers who offer Day Training in Northern California. I also only use Positive force-free methods of training. Watching the transition from crazy to calm or the shy fearful dog becoming more confident. The success stories!

Pam continues to amaze me with how well she trains both people and dogs alike. I have had the opportunity to learn from Pam as one of her students and I continue to see the benefits our shelter dogs have as a direct result of Pam's teaching techniques. I have found Pam's teaching style to be friendly, patient and professional, leaving both students and dogs on a positive note and a sense of accomplishment. If you're looking for a dog trainer with a lot of experience training multiple students and dogs each day with positive results, I highly recommend, Pam Francis-Tuss.

Pam is an excellent trainer of dogs as well as trainer of people of own dogs. She is patient, understanding, and has real life experience with hard to work with dogs. She trained me at our local city shelter on how to work with "shelter" dogs and I will be forever grateful for her knowledge and teaching great teaching style. Pam's down to earth approach was logical to me and will stick me as I work with the dogs benefit from her teachings.

I know Pam from the Front Street Animal shelter where we are both volunteers. Pam teaches new volunteers to train the dogs there. She knows a dozen different ways to get the skill trained, how to pick the right technique, and then does a great job of coaching the humans through it. She has great attention to detail and great communication skills.
