- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is customized to your space and goals. I offer flat-rate packages that include planning, hands-on organizing, and personalized systems that are easy to maintain. Materials are billed at cost, and I’m happy to work within your budget to find the best product options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a short consultation (in-person or virtual) to understand your goals, space, and lifestyle. From there, I create a plan that includes decluttering, sorting, and reorganizing your space using systems that are easy to maintain. I can also recommend or shop for organizing products that fit your budget and style. Once we’re done, I walk you through your new setup so it’s easy to keep things organized long-term.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background includes several years of hands-on experience helping clients organize, pack, and set up their homes through personal assistant and freelancing work. I’ve developed strong systems for time management, space optimization, and creating practical organizing solutions that last. I continually study home organization and design trends to stay current and refine my process.
