He responded to my messages quickly, he was available to come to my house when it was a good day and time, he was on time and worked fast and honest when I thought my iPhone screen was cracked, he showed me that it was just the protective screen cover that was cracked. Didn't charge me for his time and I gave him gas money for making the trip from Sacramento to Woodland. VERY happy with the service.
