I took my 2 year old piece of crap Toshiba laptop in to have the hinge repaired (DO NOT BUY TOSHIBA PRODUCTS -) I met with rachid, the owner, and he told me he could fix it. he said we could either buy a new part or he could use epoxy to fix it. since this will soon be a back up computer, I didn't want to spend a lot fixing it. so I went with the epoxy fix. he kept it for a day and I picked it up today and it works fine! thanks rachid and jessie - let's hope it lasts a long time!
