- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm the only company in the Northern California area that has a service pricelist. Other companies want to charge you according to how busy or slow they are. If they are busy you are paying above full price if they're slow they're willing to cut deal to fill their schedule
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always calling ahead of an appointment to let them know we are in route. Communication is the key to customer service success
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self taught by book and not by some shortcut expert
