- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We customize our services and fees to meet the clients needs. No hidden fee! Our monthly management fees range between 3.5-5% and our leasing fee is 40-50% of one months rent to find and place a qualified tenant start to finish. We also offer expanded tiers of management services that include RENT GUARANTEES, EVICTION COVERAGE AND TENANT DAMAGE COVERAGES.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a consultation to learn more about the clients needs and then go from there! Sorry we do not manage rooms for rent.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
27 years in the business. I hold a California Real Estate Broker license, held a real estate license since 2005. Member in good standing with California Association of Realtors, (NARPM) National Association of Property Managers,(CAA) California Apartment Association and more.
