Im a first-time landlord, and was nervous going into this with no experience. Gabby and Nancy have made this such a clear and easy process, and the quick turnaround time on finding renters was insane. Setting up with the online portal was easy and fast, and Nancy walked me through all the important paperwork and setting up appointments for photos and landscaping/cleaners. Gabby was incredibly detailed in her walkthroughs, did an amazing job on the marketing video, and was so helpful finding things I never would have noticed myself to fix before our renters moved in. I feel super confident now, and very supported by Utopia.
