FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and transparent. For real estate sales, my compensation is typically a commission paid at closing and agreed to in writing before we start; there are no upfront fees for buyers or sellers unless we arrange something different for a special situation. For financing and equity consultations, I offer a free initial review to run the numbers and explain your options, and any lender‑related fees are fully disclosed in advance in your loan estimates and closing documents, with no surprise add‑ons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With every new client, I start with a quick discovery call to understand their goals, timeline, and budget, whether that’s buying, selling, or tapping home equity. From there, I pull relevant market data and financing options, then walk them through a simple step‑by‑step plan so they always know what’s next. Throughout the process I keep communication tight with regular updates, honest feedback, and clear explanations of every major decision so there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed California real estate Broker‑Associate (DRE 02013541) with formal training in residential sales, property valuation, and contract negotiation, along with ongoing coursework focused on today’s lending and market conditions. In addition, I’m a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS 2590391), which means I’ve completed federally approved mortgage education, passed national and state exams, and stay current on loan guidelines and compliance. This combination of real estate and lending training allows me to guide clients through both the sale and the financing side of a transaction, so every decision is grounded in solid numbers and up‑to‑date regulations.
