I have worked with Phil on various things in the past. Phil is a super agent in my eyes. I've asked him questions that only layers know when it comes to properties and answers them quickly and knows where to find them he don't know them. He has my highest recommendations!! Love that guy.

Philip was amazing! He is extremely professional with the highest regards for integrity. Our transaction was seamless, philip took care of everything and i didnt have to worry about a thing. I think that he went above and beyond during our transaction but he said that it was his job. He is now my agent for life and i wouldn't think of going with another real estate agent :-) I feel that he sets the bar high for all other agents. You will be very happy having Philip as your real estate agent!
