I had probably the most mild of roof repairs that could have happened at this point. Had one of our roof tiles fly off from the recent storm here and needed it replaced soon before the next rain rolled in. He responded quickly and just from a few pictures knew the tile set and color to use and was by within the next few hours to have it up, cut to match, and secured. Very prompt, very professional and I appreciate the time he took to fix the issue.
