- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique and we can't provide a quote based on limited information. It's like asking "how does a house cost?" If we have enough information, we can provide a fixed price quote. In some cases, the requirements may be met by our ReadyBuilt platform where we can develop an iPhone, Android, and supporting CMS for $2500 with a $70 monthly hosting fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer engagement is unique. First and foremost, we need to understand our customer's objectives. Once we have an understanding, we can provide advice on what their next steps should be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A medium app development may 5 team members including: -Project Manager -Designer -iOS Developer -Android Developer -Backend Developer The training and education for each member varies but they all have to demonstrate expertise in their area.
