• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
  We typically design your solar panel system to accommodate the usage of your household. Because each home uses different amounts of electricity one home's system may cost more than another depending on how many panels are needed as well as how much will be involved in the installation process. Roof pitch, roof finish and several other factors play a part in the quoting process so each quote will be unique to that house and the usage of that household.
• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
  For a new customer we simply need the address where the system will be installed and the account number for the electricity. One of our sales professionals can meet in person for a free consultation to get you the best deal possible on your Solar System.
• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
  Our installation team has been involved in solar for over a decade and holds the proper licensing required to install the Solar System.
