Lack of communication regarding charges. They did great work on the lawn but $300 for everything that didn’t include the dump that we originally talked about that he kept rescheduling and then eventually told me wasn’t a part of that deal is kind of crazy to me. I would like to give them 5 stars because they did do great work on the lawn and maybe it was just a miscommunication error because they even moved my dog house for me which I appreciated because I couldn’t do it on my own since it’s hella heavy but overall for pulling weeds, mowing the front and the back and sprinkling some seeds here and there on the grass I don’t believe was a $300 job. They did take the trimmings and the logs in the front too. I just honestly wish there was better understanding for this. He was supposed to come get the rest which is what he told me in person and then I also texted him to find out when he was coming and he kept pushing it back a day and then a week and then another day and that’s when we just kind of called it quits. Really wanted everything out of the way. And it wasn’t even a lot of stuff for a dump. I gave 3 stars because they are good. I just can’t give the other 2 because it doesn’t add up to $300 for the work done. Would be open to updating review later. Definitely not going to one star them.
