- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge for all Chemicals used in your pool we are a service based business and we charge for the service of coming out once a week for 50 weeks only taking 2 weeks off for Christmas and thanks giving.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we get you onboarded, name, address, email and any other contact info and we schedule a day and time range for service you can either meet us at the door or around back what ever you decide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cpo certified and years of on job experience I’ve serviced over 900 homes in the Sacramento, El Dorado, and Rocklin area. Trust me I’ve seen it all I without a doubt can bring back even the most neglected pools back to life.
