- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is very simple. My fees are flat rate and include both federal & state tax returns. The fees are based upon the type of return and the complexity of that return.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial consultation is no-cost so that the potential client can evaluate me and I can decide if I want to take the case. If I am hired, we agree on a price and we work together to get the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In order to keep my Enrolled Agent credentials up to date, I take continuing education classes each year in accordance with the IRS requirements to do so.
