Eber was very quick to respond and was able to give me an estimate the same day I did my request in Thumbtack because he was in the area. They were also able to do the job the next day, which was great for my schedule. He gave me an approximate arrival time and was really good about texting me updates when they were running a little past that. He and his 3-person crew were amazing, hard-working and friendly. They had to squeeze around the rafter tails of our metal patio cover to trim 4 photinia shrubs one side and work around our block wall on the other side. They also removed two other bushes, including root balls and did trimming and crown reduction on a contorted hazelnut tree. They did a great job cleaning up. For once, the person who spoke the best English and gave the estimate showed up and supervised and helped with the crew that was not as bilingual. So many times I've been told by other companies that the person giving the estimate will show up to help with communication and job supervision and then they don't. We will definitely hire them again when our shrubs need trimming again.

I called on Friday and the tree trimming and removal began on Monday morning with a complete, well equipped and professional crew. The work included removal of a large 50+ year old pecan growing close between my garage and deck. They did a superb job!
