- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We started off as wedding videographers and recently went full time into our business on January 2023. We really love what we do and have decided to branch our business into photography. Although we have filmed many weddings, we are new to wedding photography. This is why we have lower prices for photos compared to our video packages. This means you’ll have all our amazing skills and experience at a significantly lower price. Let’s capture a magical moment, together!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can reach us either via phone call, text message, or email. Our typical process is the following: 1. Schedule a phone interview. 2. Review the contract and invoice. 3. Make a 30% deposit to secure your wedding date. 4. We send you a wedding questionnaire a month before your wedding to confirm several details. 5. Capture your big day!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're all self-taught videographer and photographers and started filming on YouTube. We are new to the wedding industry, however, we've been filming since 2015 and love the art of filming and editing.
