DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After weeks of preparing and hundreds of dollars spent on alcohol, the bartender NEVER SHOWED UP. No phone call, no text, no email, no nothing. I tried calling them all night and no answer. My party was impacted significantly. We pride ourselves on having the total package at our events and trusted 360 would add to that experience. Their lack of service and unwillingness to respond left us feeling overwhelmed and frustrated during a time we should have been enjoying our friends and family.

I made attempts to reach you with no calls or contract/deposit received so I had assumed you'd hired someone else. I am sorry to hear your party wasn't as successful as you're used to.
