We had a landscaping accident that sent a rock right into our French door window, shattering it. First company I called came over to check out the situation and concluded that I didn’t have doors that had replaceable windows and quoted me several thousands for brand new doors. I then called 2EZ Glass for another opinion and from the very jump, Junior was highly responsive and prompt. He took the time to investigate our doors, figured out how to remove the trim that holds the windows, and concluded that he definitely could replace the broken window, with no issue. He ordered the new glass and once it came in, he removed the old broken glass and had the new glass installed in an hour. Junior was a real pro and he was HONEST. Will definitely be calling them again to check out some of my other windows that need replacement.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very reasonable, and I do give free estimates
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1, Schedule a time to visit the customer to measure and give estimate. Step 2, Confirm pricing and recieve 50% deposit to place glass on order. Step 3, In 3-5 business days we will contact the customer to schedule installation
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been glazing since my early years in high-school. As soon as I graduated I joined the glazier's union, and gained experience working commercial and residential glass jobs. I completed the apprentice schooling and received Journeyman status. I also hold an AGMT (Architectural Glass and Metal Technician) certification
