Hi Jessica G, Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad I was able to respond quickly and get the job done, but I’d like to address a few things. When you first called, I could hear someone cussing at you in the background. It sounded like a high-stress situation, so when I arrived, I focused on completing the work efficiently and with minimal disruption. That may have come off as unfriendly, but it was out of respect for what seemed like a tense environment. As for the blinds and cleanup—I do my best to leave every space in good condition. If I missed anything in the moment, I apologize. That’s not my usual standard, and I would’ve appreciated the chance to address it right then. I take pride in my work and in treating customers with respect. While I understand your perspective, I also believe there was more going on that day that shaped the experience for both of us.
