Mario is more than a typical handyman. He's really a top-notch general contractor who is experienced in all aspects of construction and home remodeling. He is capable, confident, and efficient. He is patient. When I ask him to hang a picture and then change my mind about the placement, he is very willing to accommodate my requests.
