- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly pricing. Time starts when the crew arrives @ origin. The time ends when the crew has completed the job @ destination. Plus the drive time between origin and destination.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.The crew lead identifies all items to be moved. 2. Gives the new client a brief overview of the move plan. 3. Executes the move plan. 4. Does a walkthrough to insure all items to be moved have been loaded on the truck. 5. Crew places furniture and cartons in the locations instructed by the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a professional mover for over 30 years. I have taken classes in customer service, safety and product care for at least 20 hours per year for the last 30 years.
