When he finished remodeling the kitchen, it was a very impressive and successful job. It turned out beautifully. And then I told him that if he wanted to do more work, I have another house in Pebble Beach. I asked if he could do two more bathrooms for me, and he said yes. It was my idea, and he gave me a good estimate. He finished those two bathrooms, and finally, I asked him if he could do another bathroom for my other house in Monterey, CA.
