Victor Ng-Thow-Hing says, "We hired Casa Utopia Builders to remodel both of our guest and master bathrooms. As we wanted high-quality materials and workmanship, I spent some time trying to find a reputable and flexible builder, with experience working with whole slab porcelain, solid material shower pans, curbless designs, licensing, design and a good network of suppliers and fabricators to work with. As these materials are expensive, it was very important that we find good contractors that are properly insured and licensed. Together with their designer Rinat, we came up with a design that met my requirements, as well as good suggestions to improve the design and alleviate costs by introducing us to new suppliers and options. The 3D renders were very accurate at predicting what the final project eventually looked like. The project proceeded in a streamlined manner, with the only delays associated with booking appointments for city inspections and some delivery delays of materials, both of which were not the responsibility of Casa Utopia. Casa Utopia was able to coordinate and work well with our glass installers to ensure proper drainage was supported. The team hired cleaners to ensure the worksite was tidy and clean and ready for use. Communication was frequent, prompt and professional, making project execution very efficient. The construction crew of Pablo and all his team, as well as the project manager, Raz were always very accommodating, professional and hard-working. Any requests we had were responded to within a day. We would definitely consider using Casa Utopia for any future projects due to this wonderful experience."See more

Lisa T. says, "Be Free Developments was amazing to work with from the start. They got back to me right away when I submitted the project, and the owner Bar came out the next day to give an estimate. He is incredibly professional, and all of his workers are polite, punctual and respectful. They were also fast and even finished installing a French drain in 1 day so that we can beat the rain which caused the flooding in our downstairs family room. They did the mitigation, installed a French Drain, and also did the restoration so it was nice being able to work with just one contractor for everything. We had to buy new flooring and Bar was even nice enough to pick up the flooring and glue, and then went above and beyond and returned the extra materials to the flooring store so that we could get a refund! Although he was not the lowest priced bid, we decided to go with him because he will warranty his work for a year, which was super important to us. Since our insurance company did not cover the cost, he was also kind enough to work with us on the pricing. When his workers broke a corner of our TV stand, he even tried to fix it for us. Although we will have to replace the stand as the fix did not hold, we appreciate that he didn’t try to deny responsibility. I think that speaks to his character, and gives me confidence that he will honor his word if anything should fail within the warranty period. Bar was super responsive whenever we had a question, and never made us feel like we were bothering him even though he had to repeat some answers (we are senior citizens so our memories are not the best). He even answered texts on weekends and evenings! I highly recommend Bar and his company- he was a pleasure to work with and you will not be disappointed!"See more

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ben and Waves Remodeling for a major renovation of our home, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. From the outset, Ben and his team exhibited a high level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication that truly set them apart.

Our project involved a complete overhaul of the kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces. Ben took the time to listen to our ideas, providing valuable input and suggestions that enhanced our vision. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident in every phase of the project.

The Waves Remodeling team worked efficiently and respectfully, ensuring minimal disruption to our daily lives. They were punctual, tidy, and always available to address any questions or concerns we had. The craftsmanship was impeccable, with every element of the remodel executed to perfection.

One of the standout aspects of our experience was the open communication throughout the process. Ben kept us informed at every stage, making sure we were satisfied with the progress and the work being done. This transparency gave us peace of mind and confidence in the outcome.

The end result is a beautifully remodeled home that exceeds our expectations. The new spaces are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional and tailored to our needs. Ben and Waves Remodeling have transformed our house into a place we are proud to call home.

I wholeheartedly recommend Ben and Waves Remodeling for any renovation project. Their exceptional work, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction make them the ideal choice for anyone looking to enhance their living space.

We renovated our entire house with Barak’s team, including a 600 sqft addition, a new kitchen, and bathrooms. From day one, everything was super organized. They opened a WhatsApp group with us and kept us in the loop with updates and photos almost every day.

The great designer helped us with all the materials finding, choosing, and ordering and made sure everything arrived on time. The site was always clean and the workers were very respectful. I actually thought we’d have to move out during the construction, but we ended up staying in the house the whole time.

Barak was always available, honest, and made sure every detail was done right. We’re so happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend him and his team.

Renovatio Remodeling
Renovatio Remodeling
Renovatio remodeling was great. Dave seemed very knowledgeable when he came out to do the estimate and so we were extremely happy when he had one of the lowest bids.
During our repair, Dave had several suggestions for ways to improve the existing design, and even noticed some safety hazards from the previous renovation that we were able to repair during the work.
The drywall texturing and paint look amazing - matched perfectly to our existing room.
We just got new wood floors right before the water damage happened so were nervous about work being done. Dave and his team were very careful of our floors and did a thorough job cleaning the area upon completion of the work (and between all stages).
We will definitely be working with Renovatio Remodeling again!!!
