I was referred to Sam by a friend to come trouble shoot a clogged pipe. I reached out to Sam mid day on Friday and he was able to come at 6pm the same day with David. They were able to find the clogged area using a camera thats showed a sponge 20ft away from the bathroom in between the interior walls of the dining room/garage causing the problem. They successfully cleared the pipe the same evening after a few hours with their special equipment! Huge relief.Sam complemented my water filtration system and I shared my satisfaction with it. I had one thing I had to share that I noticed carbon build up in my toilet that would appear weekly after cleaning and if that could be from the water filtration system. As they were finishing up, They checked my regulator and it was sending too much psi of water thru my filter and house which was effecting the carbon and water. I think 3-4 times the normal max amount of psi going thru my pipes which could cause potential big problems. I had him replace my regulator and my carbon in my toilet is gone and I have normal range psi of water running thru my house now!He saved me a lot of money catching the issue just by listening to me and doing a little trouble shooting to his profession.That is honesty and integrity by the book and I will definitely call Sam and Showtime Family plumbing again for my future needs.

5 stars!! David and Sam were amazing! They had great communication as soon as I reached out for an estimate. They were able to fit me in within 4 hours and completed the job within 30 minutes. They were extremely professional and wore boot liners to protect my home. Will definitely be calling them for my future plumbing needs!
