We strive to not only clean your carpets but we also clean for your health. Rudy was very professional: quick to reply to my request, and gave very fair pricing. He called in advance of his arrival, was protective of my walls and furnishings. I had a ripple in my carpet that required stretching prior to cleaning and he did a great job on both counts! I would definitely recommend him.

My carpets had not been cleaned in several years. They showed up when the said they would, and were quick, courteous and professional. They did not have up sells as many others do; ie pre- treatment. They had me inspect each room when they were done and re- raked the room after I inspected it to get rid of my footprints. I would definitely hire them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I hate bait and switch alot of carpet cleaning company's do that. when a person is told a price it should be the exact price they pay. Thats why I named my company Exact chem dry
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
How I see it carpet cleaning is a necessity most people are living in hard times. So I believe customers deserve the best. most people take the day off and make it a all day thing. I believe its like the super bowl for alot of people. Thats why I always put my best into every job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC Certified also a variety of training on tile and grout cleaning upholstry cleaning variety of fabrics, area rugs. mostly carpet repairs.
