Rudy did a great job repairing the tear our dog made in the carpet. He was very flexible with our schedule. A couple of scheduling issues came up but Rudy was very cooperative and got the work done. He got back to me quickly whenever I would reach out to him. Definitely calling him again if I need more work done.
I was very impressed with Rudy from the beginning to the end of the job. He responded within minutes of my request. He looked at a picture of my carpetrepair needs. He quoted a very reasonable estimate. He was available to do the work in just two days from our call. He communicated with me through texts and said he would text on the day of the work 30 minutes prior to arrival, and he did just that. He arrived exactly on time. He and his wife were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They finished the job quickly and efficiently. I called Rudy at 11:00am on a Holiday weekend Sunday. He fit me into his schedule for the same day at 4:30! He did a great job cleaning the carpets & stretching carpet in a problem area. Plus, his prices are very reasonable.

I hate bait and switch alot of carpet cleaning company's do that. when a person is told a price it should be the exact price they pay. Thats why I named my company Exact chem dry

How I see it carpet cleaning is a necessity most people are living in hard times. So I believe customers deserve the best. most people take the day off and make it a all day thing. I believe its like the super bowl for alot of people. Thats why I always put my best into every job.

IICRC Certified also a variety of training on tile and grout cleaning upholstry cleaning variety of fabrics, area rugs. mostly carpet repairs.
