Jacob was the first of 3 pros to respond, and he contacted me quickly. We met at a coffee house and he went to work. He quickly fixed a situa tion where my pages were being hijacked. I'm 69 years old and freelance for local media outlets. Computers are not intuitive to me. He analyzed my array of Internet servers and my laptop protection and streamlined it. I need to promote my stories, so I do so via X (Twitter), Instagram, Threads and Facebook. He helped me with some issues doing that. We also discussed password security. He explained how to use an elaborste password for each site and how to easily keep track of them all. Jacob cleared up issues I have had for months. He said he has 5-6 clients my age who are not computer savvy. I believe him. I will continue to call Jacob and he even said we could do it remotely if necessary.

Jacob was absolutely fantastic! He helped my mom with her Mac desktop, which wasn’t loading all the way. He quickly diagnosed the issue. The memory wasn’t working properly and the operating system needed to be replaced. Jacob worked efficiently and kept us updated every step of the way with great communication. The price was super reasonable, especially considering how much work was needed and how much needed replacing.
