Frank and Carlos were awesome and super courteous and respectful. Carlos can in and assessed the issue and worked with Frank to get me the best cost. They installed a new garbage disposal and snaked the kitchen sink. They also helped to resolve a toilet issue that we had without charging me.Great service, good people and reasonable pricing. Id recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks Frank and Carlos for making a stressful situation, easy!Update - I had another issue and asked Carlos to take a look. Carlos performed an assessment of my issue and gave a great rundown of the issues to help me resolve them. I'd recommend Carlos and Top Notch Rooter & Plumbing to everyone that asks. Give them a try and you won't regret it.

Our drain pipes were 62 year old cast iron. The drain pipe under our kitchen had totally disintegrated. I called another well known plumber to diagnose and give me an estimate for the repair. The list of repairs was extensive and the sticker shock immense. I then called Top Notch and spoke with Frank. He calmed me down and said he would take a look at our pipes and suggested that I get a few more quotes. I got a total of 6 quotes. I then circled back to Frank. He gave us the best quote with the most permanent solution. They ended up having to reroute our kitchen drain through our back yard, descale the drain pipes and put in a drain liner. Frank sent Carlos to do the job. Carlos was truly AMAZING! He and his crew worked very long hard hours. They were polite, friendly, clean and very helpful. We will never call anyone else if we ever have any plumbing challenges. We highly recommend them!

The hot water stopped working and noticed water at the bottom of the pan. I quickly tried to call around and everyone wasnt available on a Saturday afternoon. I came across Top Notch and they told me theyd have someone there in an hour! Right on time, Carlos came, diagnosed the problem, and provided me with a quote.Carlos was able to get the job done the same day. He replaced my water heater and pan that were both very badly corroded and leaking from the bottom. Carlos customer service is exceptional and seems very knowledgeable in his work. He took the time to explain the system and provided some tips to help extend the life of the water heater. Ill definitely be using Top Notch again!

Frank truly came in and saved the day. I called Top Notch for a second opinion after the first company pushed me toward a major (and financially devastating) service. Frank and Axel arrived within hoursafter 8:00 PM the night before Thanksgiving, no less.They were professional, knowledgeable, and patient, walking me through every step and talking me off the ledge. Instead of rushing into something drastic, Frank explained the process, gave a confident preliminary assessment, and stood behind it.In the end, we wound up with the best-case outcome.
