FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size and condition of the floor, the preparation and repairs required, and the coating system selected. We provide clear pricing before work begins and explain exactly what is included. Epoxy IE & More may not be the cheapest option, but our customers receive higher-quality materials, professional diamond-grinding, proper surface repairs, a full decorative flake broadcast, and a durable polyaspartic clear coat. We apply the correct amount of material and never cut corners to lower the price. Proper preparation and quality materials help the coating bond correctly, look better, and last much longer. Our goal is to provide long-term value—not simply the lowest estimate. We also offer discounts for active-duty military members, veterans, law-enforcement officers, firefighters, EMTs, and other first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a conversation about your project, including the location, approximate square footage, condition of the concrete, and the type of finish you’re interested in. We may request photos so we can identify cracks, existing coatings, moisture concerns, or repairs that could affect the project. Next, we provide a clear estimate explaining the preparation, coating system, price, warranty, and expected timeline. Once you’re ready, we schedule the project and help you choose your color and finish. On installation day, our lead walks the project with you, confirms the scope, measures the floor, and points out any existing concerns before work begins. We professionally diamond-grind the concrete, complete the necessary repairs, apply the coating system, and provide progress photos throughout the job. After installation, we complete a final inspection, explain the cure times and cleaning instructions, and make sure you’re satisfied with the finished floor. We remain available afterward if you have any questions or concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education in this industry has primarily come through more than 11 years of hands-on experience. I was trained and mentored by my uncle, who taught me the proper methods for concrete preparation, repairs, coating application, material selection, and troubleshooting. Over the years, I have continued learning through real-world residential and commercial projects involving full-flake systems, metallic epoxy, grind-and-seal finishes, concrete grinding, moisture mitigation, and damaged-floor repairs. I also completed California’s contractor licensing requirements and hold an active C-61/D-12 Synthetic Products contractor’s license. This required documented industry experience and passing the required state examinations. My training combines years of field experience, professional licensing, product knowledge, and continued hands-on learning with new coating systems and installation methods.
